Ryan Perecz has over twenty years of experience selling real estate in the Treasure Valley.  He has completed hundreds of transactions and specializes in selling residential properties.  Ryan is a dedicated professional who enjoys putting his expertise to use in assisting his clients in the realization of their real estate goals and dreams.

Growing up in Boise Ryan has a great deal of hometown pride, and realized at a very early age that this valley was a pretty special place.  He enjoys and takes advantages of all that this area has to offer. Ryan is an avid downhill skier, white water rafter, water skier, hiker, camper and he loves to travel. He plays the piano, loves to sing and karaoke, He also enjoys going to Boise State Football, the Shakespeare Festival, and Boise Philharmonic and is known for his cooking and baking skills.

Ryan attended Boise schools and graduated from Borah High School. He went to college in Utah at Salt Lake Community College and Utah Valley University. Ryan moved back to Idaho and immediately began his real estate career and has been licensed Realtor since 2002.
